Concurrent Enrollment Program
M State's Concurrent Enrollment Program (CEP) collaborates with more than 40 Minnesota high schools to offer college-level classes, taught in high school classrooms by qualified high school teachers.
CEP courses span many academic disciplines, include career and technical courses, and many meet Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) requirements.
M State's CEP makes it possible for high school students to:
- Earn college credit
- Save money
- Get the college experience in a high school setting
- Develop college-level study habits and time-management skills
- Experience college expectations and academic rigor
- Save time and gain flexibility in college by completing credits in high school
- Build confidence in their ability to succeed in college
Program highlights
- Partner with 40+ regional high schools
- Served more than 1,900 students in the 2023-24 academic year
- Awarded more than 14,000 credits to high school CEP students during the 2023-24 academic year
- A collaborative effort involving more than 110 high school instructors and more than 30 faculty mentors
M State service and support
M State works closely with partner high schools to provide a high level of service in the areas of faculty mentoring, student admission, registration and transcript processing. Faculty mentors take great pride in developing collaborative relationships with CEP instructors to provide eligible high school students with a college experience that engages them and encourages them to continue taking rigorous coursework throughout high school and college.

K12 Spotlight Award
Recognize an individual who has gone above and beyond to contribute to enriching the student learning experience and/or enhancing an M State K12 program.

M State will send a congratulatory email to nominees and the K12 team. You may also name administrators or others to receive a notification and join the celebration of excellence!
The M State concurrent enrollment team is committed to serving all of the program's stakeholders with integrity and respect. We value our partnerships with high schools and serving students together.
Megan Adamczyk manages and directs M State's Concurrent Enrollment Program, eCampus in the High School, CTE in the HS programming and K12 special events, trainings and camps.
Kari Klettke consults with schools to develop meaningful career and technical experiences and pathways for high school students that crosswalk to M State's academic programs. Kari also administers the FOCUS2 career assessment tool and helps students, classrooms and schools interpret results and make data-informed decisions.
Krista Price processes all student registration requests or registrations edits (such as drop and withdraw) and official grade entry for students' M State transcript.
Erin Warren assists high school partners with admissions (including waivers and appeals), registration, academic, career and transfer advising. She also guides course confirmations, course registrations, instructor application and onboarding, and special events. She is the point of contact for day-to-day operations.
